A. Visit www.ecoticket.co.ls, select your event and ticket type, then follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Q. What payment methods are supported?

A. EcoTicket currently supports EcoCash payments only.

Q. How will I receive my ticket?

A. Tickets are sent via email and are also accessible through your EcoTicket account. A QR code is used for entry.

Q. Do I need to print my ticket?

A. No, you can simply present the QR code on your phone at the gate.

Q. Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

A. Refunds depend on the event organizer’s policy. Most tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

Q. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

A. Yes, but at your own discretion. Tickets are sent to your email/account, and you may share them manually. EcoTicket and ETL are not liable for shared or lost tickets.

Q. What if I didn’t receive my ticket?

A. Check your spam/junk email folder or log into your account. Still stuck? Contact support at 100 (calls) or WhatsApp 66 100 100.

Q. Is there a limit to how many tickets I can purchase?

A. Yes, each event may have a ticket limit per user, shown during booking.

Q. Is my EcoTicket secure and valid?

A. Yes, all tickets from the EcoTicket platform are valid and secure. Avoid third-party resellers.

Q. What happens if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?

A. You’ll be notified via SMS or email, with refund or rescheduling details shared accordingly.

Q. Do children need tickets?

A. This depends on the event. Check ticket info for age limits and entry rules.

Q. Can I choose my seat?

A. Only for events with reserved seating. General admission does not include seat selection.
